After designing their original office space in a converted warehouse in 2007, EDD was asked by ADI General Contracting to create a company lounge in adjacent expansion space in 2014.
The converted warehouse space was to be multi-functional and a place where employees and site workers alike could relax after a hard day’s work. With a long established corporate theme exploring construction materials, we utilized existing wall brick/CMU patterns to create a locomotive garage. EDD created the original photographs of the locomotive called “The President” on a visit to the C&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore and printed on 8 foot by 11 foot fabric stretched over low profile framing.
