U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE HEADQUARTERS
Eighth Day Design implemented FM:Systems, FM: Interact Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) as a replacement for a legacy, non-supported, system at the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). Since that time, EDD has assisted USPTO with both on-site and remote support for its IWMS. EDD has also helped the client grow their use of the system including adding users and increasing functionality.
EDD provided initial implementation services that included configuration and set up and continuing support as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) services to have the hosted solution approved by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and continued support of the on-going Authorization to Operate (ATO) for the system.
Our staff provides daily space management updates, process improvements, Help Desk support, and administrator level support to our US PTO client.
