EDD is working with this global corporation to evaluate maintenance on their building equipment to provide a long-term strategy for life-cycle management programs.
We work with their facility maintenance team to identify weaknesses in their current facility maintenance process to help gain more useful life out of their building equipment. This in turn allows the client to create a Capital Improvement Plan that addresses needs before they become an emergency due to a building system failure.
