Eighth Day Design implemented FM:Systems, FM: Interact Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) as a replacement for a legacy, non-supported, system at the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). Since that time, EDD has assisted USPTO with both on-site and remote support for its IWMS. EDD has also helped the client grow their use of the system including adding users and increasing functionality.
Our staff provides daily space management updates, process improvements, Help Desk support, and administrator level support to our US PTO client.
