As we end our second year in the pandemic, EDD reflects on what really matters during this holiday season. We are truly grateful for your continued support, for our team, and for our family and friends.
For this year’s holiday season, in lieu of gifts, we have donated to assist those in Kentucky affected by the tornadoes this month. Severe thunderstorms and tornadoes ripped through six Midwestern and Southern states, killing many and destroying thousands of homes and livelihoods. Kentucky was the hardest hit state and has been under a state of emergency since December 11.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear established the Team Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund and all collected donations will go directly to Kentucky tornado victims with no administrative fees taken out.

Last year, the pandemic hit and we all had to suddenly adjust to many changes, including transitioning to working fully remotely and canceled conferences. This year we enjoyed more personal interaction through attending conferences, and yet as the year closes we recognize that the complexity of the virus has taken new turns and requires us to be more resilient than ever. We are hopeful for what 2022 will bring and know that through these recent challenges we have all endured, we will only be more prepared for what is ahead.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
